Libraries are places

• where a child begins the journey to reading
• where a community of readers is built and encouraged
• where your neighbors  research, access the Internet, look for work, and more…

While libraries still connect readers with books, we also promote computer literacy, encourage early literacy skills to at-risk children, and provide cultural and learning opportunities for all ages.

Libraries promote self-sufficiency and transformation, and make our County better for everyone.
