Our main ebook and audiobook collection can be found through Jasmine Digital Library, which uses the OverDrive service to deliver ebooks and audiobooks to you. For ease of use on phones or tablets, download the Libby app. If you are using a Kindle Fire you will need to download the Overdrive app.

Kanopy is a new service to Kershaw County Library and it’s accessible anywhere with your library card and mobile device!
Kershaw County Library patrons with library cards will have free access to more than 30,000 films, with this popular on-demand film streaming service.
Library cardholders can access kanopy and sign up to start streaming films instantly by visiting www.kanopy.com. Films can be streamed from any computer, television, mobile device or platform by downloading the kanopy app for iOS, Android, AppleTV, Chromecast or Roku. Each library card may download seven films per month.
Kanopy provides library patrons with access to films of unique social and cultural value. The collection includes some of the world’s best films, including award-winning documentaries, rare and hard-to-find titles, film-festival favorites, indie and classic films, and world cinema with collections from Critereon, The Great Courses, PBS and thousands of independent filmmakers.
Hoopla Digital offers free music, audiobooks, ebooks, comic books, TV shows, and movies for borrowing.

Your library card number and an email address are all you need to create your account to receive your eight free checkouts each month! Keep an eye out for Bonus Borrows! Titles checked out from the Bonus Borrows collection do not count toward the monthly lending limits.
Flipster is a next-generation digital magazine solution that makes it easy for you to read your favorite magazines on your computer or mobile device.
Click on the Flipster link on your computer, tablet or phone to easily access a site where you can browse available magazines. You can then click on a magazine to view it within your browser. This means you can access Flipster from any computer, laptop, or mobile device, as long as you are connected to the Internet.
Or you can use the Flipster app, available through the iTunes store for the iPad and iPhone, and on the Google Play store for Android tablets, to download magazines for offline reading. Simply browse and view magazines through the Flipster link on your library’s website, and select the “Open in App” option to download magazines to the app, where they can be read and managed offline.
Try Tumblebooks! TumbleBooks are created by taking existing picture books adding sound, animation, music, and narration to produce an electronic picture book that you can read or have read to you. This collection may be used on your computer or tablet, but is not compatible with e-readers. This service also offers an app for Apple and Android devices.
