Yoga for Every Body

The class is led by Scott Freiberg.
This class offers a welcoming environment to practice a gentle form of Hatha yoga with a focus on movement, breath, mindfulness and the place they meet.

Join us for an opportunity to slow down, and reconnect with your body and your breath.  This class is perfect for the beginner or anyone seeking a gentler practice.

Please bring a mat or towel.  Wear clothes that are comfortable and allow a range of movement.

Registration is no longer required, and the class will be on a first come basis. Limited to fifteen individuals.
