Join muralist Colt Shirley and artist Beth Ryan to learn about the mural-making process and help create a mural in the new Growing Readers Center. Each day we will study principles of art – color, shape, texture, line, negative/positive space, and perspective. Then you will draw your own ideas on sketch pads which will be provided, and help Colt paint his mural. By the end of the week, you will paint your own mural on canvas. Snacks will be provided.
Please note: Attendance is required every day during the time allotted. We cannot accept children younger than 8 years old in the program.
