Yoga for EveryBody

Led by Scott Freiberg, this class offers a welcoming environment to practice a gentle form of Hatha yoga and focus on movement, breath, mindfulness, and the place they meet. This class is perfect for the beginner or anyone seeking a gentler practice. Please bring a mat or towel and wear clothes that are comfortable and allow for a range of movement. A waiver is required before your first class.

There will be no yoga on Dec. 11 or Jan. 1.
