Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Resources Available:

Services for families and individuals with intellectual or other lifelong disabilities are provided through Case Management/Service Coordination, Early Intervention, Residential Services for Adults, and Day Services for Adults.

Adult Day Services:

  • Day Activity Services
    • health and wellness, creative expression and art, computers, pet therapy, and daily living skills
  • Career Prep, Group and Individual Employment Services (supervised)
  • Support Center Services (Respite Care)

Community Support:

  • Volunteering and participating in local social activities
  • Learning about the resources their community has to offer them
