Medication Assistance for Uninsured South Carolinians.

If you are uninsured and need assistance getting your prescription medications you may be able to have your prescriptions filled and delivered to your home at no cost to you through Welvista’s Medication Assistance Pharmacy.

Eligibility and Enrollment

• You cannot have medical insurance
• You cannot have Medicaid, Medicare, VA Health Benefits, Affordable Care Act, or Private Health Insurance.
• You must live in South Carolina
• You are required to provide proof of residency.
• You must provide proof of household income

You must provide proof of income for you and each income-earning person in your home. This includes wages, unemployment benefits, workers’ compensation, pension, social security, disability, child support, and alimony. The total household income in your home must be at or below the Federal Guidelines below.
